IT Technical Helpdesk Support / System Administrator – Europe MNC forwarder/logistics service
Location: Within Hong Kong
European multinational sea and air freight forwarder company with 120 staff in Hong Kong office - is looking for a IT HELPDESK SUPPORT - with details as follows :
- Diploma/Higher Diploma in Computer Science or above
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in technical support on MS Windows XP/7/8/10, software, hardware, TCP/IP networking.
- Knowledge in Forwarding system/Accounting system, Access Gateway, Web Interface is an advantage
- Knowledge in ITIL
- Experience with security products such as firewall
- Business level in English and Mandarin
- Responsible for providing Helpdesk 1st level support
- Assist in system administration on Forwarding system/Accounting system and Windows server
- Software and hardware evaluation, documentation and deployment
- Assist in procurement for hardware and software according to our HQ standard
- Establish support methodologies, processes and procedures to constantly improve quality and delivery
- To provide IT support on desktop computers, software, hardware and internally developed applications
- Blackberry, mobile device support
- To support the IT activities for HK, China & Taiwan offices
- No trips needed
- 13 months salary plus performance bonus
