Job Description

Sales Services Coordinator

Location: Quarry Bay

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in facilitating sales team work in daily operations
  • Provide administration support for assisting in both pre-sale and post-sales process
  • Participate in supporting preparation of sales materials and presentation to enhance selling skills
  • Handle sales processing and keep records of documentation in accurate and in time.
  • Collaboration with both internal & external departments to follow up sales projects and administration work
  • Mock up preparation


  • High diploma or above in Business Administration or relevant qualification in sales or marketing as an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented and be able to work under tight schedule and deadline
  • Responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Excel
  • Familiar with Photoshop, Adobe Illustration as an advantage
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
