Job Description

IT Contact Centre Consultant

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities

  • Provide presales and consultation support to sales and customers;
  • Provide post-implementation support;
  • Responsible for solution proposal preparation and presentation;
  • Ensure good communication between project team, sales and clients;
  • Ensure project tasks are completed on time and project goals are achieved.

Qualification

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or discipline related to computing or information system;
  • Minimum 5 years of IT post qualification experience;
  • Good knowledge of NICE/Verint recording solution;
  • Knowledge of application development using Microsoft .Net technologies, in particular VB.NET, ASP.NET, C# as well as web services;
  • Knowledge in support on Windows Platform and Linux Platform;
  • Experience in Contact Center implementation, specially in IVR Application, Call Center; Application, CTI Application Development;
  • With solid experience in Avaya Call Center System, Nortel Call Center System and / or Cisco Call Center System will be as advantage;
  • Good knowledge of contact center business, functionalities of its required hardware and software;
  • Good knowledge of NICE recording solution;
  • Positive attitude, fast learning, energetic, able to perform in a challenging environment;
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
