Signal Monitoring Centre Operator (Call Centre)
Location: Kwun Tong
- Receive and record call orders;
- Coordinate with service team to provide timely support service;
- Answer customers enquiries.
- 1-2 years experience in Call Centre;
- Good telephone manner and complaint handling skill;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Computer literate;
- Shift duty required (shift allowance provided);
- Security Personnel Permit is an advantage
