Premium Services Concierge (VIP Lounge)

Location: HK International Airport

The Role

  • To provide customer service for airline’s premium passengers and VIPs during arrival, departure or transit at Hong Kong International Airport
  • To assist promoting various services and facilities of premium meet and greet services, and VIP lounges to customers
  • To communicate with internal and external parties for the coordination of premium passenger services
  • To assist supervisors in preparing records and reports regularly
  • To assist passenger reception duty at airport departure / arrival gate

The Person

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to work in the aviation industry
  • Experience in customer services is definitely an asset
  • Detail-minded, patient and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to perform shift duty and overtime work in the airport
