Human Resources Director

Location: Ngau Tau Kok

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the HR function and deliver full spectrum of human resources services for the Group and its affiliate companies
  • Oversee daily HR operations to ensure its compliance, effectiveness, and quality in all functional areas encompassing compensation & benefit, manpower planning, talent acquisition & retention, performance management, training & development, employee relations, and internal communication
  • Take lead in reviewing, formulating and executing various HR policies, processes, systems and working procedures to meet with statutory and industry requirements;
  • Being a key management team member, provide strategic directives in human capital management areas to support the growth of the Group
  • Engage with senior business leaders to develop HR initiatives that support their business objectives and tackle their challenges
  • Drive corporate cultural transformation and enhance staff engagement level

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree holder in human resources management or relevant disciplines
  • Over 10 years of experience in HR disciplines with at least 3 years in management positions in sizable organizations
  • In-depth knowledge on HR strategic planning, Employment Ordinance and business practices in Hong Kong
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strategic thinker with commitment in creating values and delivering practical solutions
  • People oriented, self-driven with excellent presentation and influencing skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
