Internal Control Manager - Securities Business

Job Duties:

  • Regular review of procedures and manuals to ensure that they are in compliance with the regulatory requirements 
  • Identify compliance risks associated with securities business
  • Advise on ad hoc issues and ensure that the regulatory and compliance requirements are met
  • Plan and coordinate with other departments of the Bank to implement the compliance requirements


  • University level or above in Risk Management, Finance, Statistics or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of banking experience of which 1 year of operational risk management/internal control/compliance experience
  • Qualification in FRM and HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8 is preferable
  • Solid understanding of internal control requirements for the securities business
  • Good communication skills including report writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem solving, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Familiar with MS office include Word and Excel
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
