Accounting and Administration Co-worker (3 months contract)
Accounting & Administration
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Finance, Administration and Procurement teams
- To handle invoice processing, data entry, cross checking, printing reports, scanning, filing records and other adhoc reports
- Perform the role of Receptionist
- Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Pick up and deliver all general correspondence
- Answer all incoming calls and handle callers’ inquiries when possible
- Diploma in Accounting
- 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese
