Job Description

Account Clerk (Part-time/3-month contract)

Location: Quarry Bay


» Responsible for daily accounting activities, such as voucher preparation, handle staff expenses claim, arrange cheque / TT payment, update bank records and reconciliations 
» Provide general clerical support to the accounting department such as filing
» Invoice processing
» Assist in month end closing processes
» Both 3-month contract position and part-time position are available

Job Requirements

» F.5 or above 
» LCCI intermediate or equivalent
» Initiative & responsible
» Familiar with MS office (Word and excel)
» Fresh graduate may also be considered
