Technology Support Services (TSS) - Sales Professional

Responsibilities
* Focus on selling maintenance, project support services and system integration project.
* Work closely with client team and other brand teams, and drive for key initiatives to build solid pipelines
* Establish, develop and manage relationship with key customers, business partners and subcontractors to deliver solid business result
* Ensure timely closure of opportunities
* Achieve and exceed assigned weekly, monthly and quarterly business objectives
* Ensure high customer satisfaction
* Develop service proposal     
* Develop and promote new opportunities
* Responsible to develop, direct and control all sales activities and ensure that business plan are successfully implemented
* Conduct selling with integrity and comply to IBM business conduct guidelines
 

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

  • * University graduate in any discipline
    * At least 3  years sales experience in IT services
    * Knowledge in IT Service Management, IBM and non-IBM midrange hardware products is a plus
    * Able to articulate IBM services value to customer
    * Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
    * Excellent communication and presentation skills
    * Able to work independently, great initiative, good team player, creative in solving problems
