Performance Marketing Manager

Performance Marketing Professionals develop and implement end to end campaigns for driving client engagement across the buyer's journey. Use data driven techniques to determine the right tactic and offer mix. Analyze and assess campaign performance and make adjustments based on the findings to achieve marketing revenue objectives, with emphasis on new buyers and new clients.
- Work in a Diamond Team working model to develop and execute end to end campaigns
- Establish a buyer's journey by using data driven techniques to determine right tactic and offer mix;
- Event management and digital & social media marketing to improve client experience across all touch points;
- Analyze and assess campaign performance and making adjustments based on findings to deliver quality responses and improve conversions rates;
- Driving marketing created revenue with emphasis on new buyers and new clients;
- Manage program budget and mange agency and vendor relationships.
