Job Description

Receptionist / Administration Assistant (REF : CT-IT-R/AA)

Location: Southern District

Accountabilities – Key Result Areas

  • In charge of meeting rooms booking, maintain reception area and meeting rooms in a neat and tidy fashion
  • Take charge of courier activities and mailroom dispatch and arrangement
  • Provide excellent customer service standard in handling all in-coming telephone calls.
  • Manage stationary and pantry supplies, including regular stock-take for office consumables
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required

Experience / Qualification Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree holder with hands on experience in administration / reception work is preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills and communicate well with all levels of staff
  • Responsible and attentive to details, mature and well-organized
  • Good command of spoken and written in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
