Job Description

Administrator (REF : CT-IT-A)

Location: Southern District

Accountabilities – Key Result Areas

  • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Marketing Department and Chief Commercial Officer
  • Assist Chief Commercial Officer in executing business project administration and monitoring the progress
  • Manage administration duties not limited to support in day-to-day coordination of projects and tasks assigned, travel arrangements and claims, database management, etc.
  • Responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing materials for meetings and reports
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and arrangements
  • Handle incoming calls and general enquiries to Marketing Department, manage meeting room bookings
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Experience / Qualification Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Business Administration/ Marketing or related disciplines
  • With 3 – 4 hands-on administration experience, exposure in retail industry will be an advantage
  • With experience working with multiple stakeholders in corporate business environment
  • Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PPT
  • Outstanding project management skill, detailed oriented and well-organized
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good business acumen
  • Mature, organized, self-motivated, efficient, detailed oriented and a good team player
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
