Resident Services Associate

You will be responsible for acting as tenant’s point of contact to provide first class management and concierge service of our prestige residential portfolio.  You need to handle all complaints, telephone enquiries, property inspection and tenant move in and out procedural matters at the front desk and ensure tenant satisfaction.


  • F.7 or above
  • Minimum 1 year frontline experience in service industry or equivalent is preferred
  • Possess security personnel permit will be an advantage
  • MUST be fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills
  • Pleasant, open and pro-active character with excellent service attitude and interpersonal skill
  • Candidate without relevant experience may also be considered
