Guest Services Officer - Concierge
Location: CN-91-Hong Kong
- Assists the Concierge Manager and Assistant Manager-Concierge / Bell to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge / Bell functions within the Rooms Division.
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations.
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
