Centralised Accounting Manager – Income Journal & Accounts Receivable
Location: CN-Hong Kong S.A.R.
The Regional Process Manager – Income Journal & Accounts Receivable based in our regional office in Hong Kong will be a key contributor to the development and deployment of a shared services solution within Asia Pacific consistent with our Europe Africa and Middle East (EAME)/Southwest Asia (SWA) and Asia Pacific (ASPAC) Shared Services Centre (SSC) Strategy and purpose.
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Income Journal and Accounts Receivable process streams and act as a liaison between various stakeholders as to warrant the success of the overall project.
Key responsibilities include:
· To drive standardization, documentation, and improvement of all assigned processes across hotels and service contributors.
· To ensure optimal use of the SSC model in the hotels.
· To support all transitional activities into SSC solution with minimal business disruption and maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
Besides reporting into the Director of Shared Services ASPAC, you will also work closely with the transitional team and the Regional Leads, Process Managers and SSC office in EAME/SWA and Chicago.

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of Finance or above in the hotel industry, with prior experience in Income Audit and Accounts Receivable.
Strategic orientation, as well as good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are indispensable. You will be a people focused, team player, who feels comfortable to communicate at all levels of the cooperation as to reach the desired effect.
Fluency in Mandarin and English language is a must.
This position requires the successful candidate to travel internationally.
