Assistant Manager - Bell
Location: CN-91-Hong Kong
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations.
The Assistant Manager - Bell is responsible to assist the Front Office Manager and Concierge Manager in managing the guest service department as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Bell Desk operation and administration.
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in Guest Services on Manager level, or Assistant Manager level in larger operation.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Less experienced candidates would be considered as Team Leader - Bell.
