Food Quality Assurance Supervisor (F&B, 5.5 - day)

Location: Fotan

Job Description:

  • Conduct internal hygiene audits;
  • Implement, monitor and improve quality and hygiene management system;
  • Developing hygiene training for staff;
  • Responsible for HACCP document preparation and review;
  • Conduct lab tests on raw materials, end products and the factory's equipment;
  • Working location: Fo Tan; and
  • 5.5- day work week;

Do you have the following?

  • Higher Diploma / degree holder of Food Science or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 year’s relevant experience, preferably gained in Food Manufacturing Industry;
  • Certificate holder of Internal Auditor of ISO22000 ; 
  • Certificate holder of Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering is preferred; 
  • Good command in Cantonese and English;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Food Quality Assurance Officer
