Technical Support Officer – Mobile Device Management
Location: Tsing Yi
- Provide technical consultancy and post-sales support such as on-site system installation, configuration, trouble-shooting and maintenance on Mobile Solutions, Blackberry Enterprise Service and MDM / MRM solutions
- Ability to deal with customers, IT focal and vendors
- Perform 7x24 emergency supports for any service incident encountered by clients if required
- Diploma holder in Telecommunications or related disciplines
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Lotus Domino / Microsoft Exchanged would be an advantage
- Knowledgeable to support networking and server maintenance
- With professional qualifications of MCSE / MCSA / MCITP, or any mobile networking is highly preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
