Job Description

Service Support Executive - Fixed Network

Location: Tsing Yi


  • Prepare daily orders / maintenance job dispatch, jobs completion, job status update and related reports
  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service and Technical Team on orders’ progress follow-up
  • Assist internal technicians for trouble-shooting and order support


  • Form 5 / DSE graduate
  • Minimum 1-year experience in sales coordination and support 
  • Work experience in Telecommunication Industry is highly preferred
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Computer Literacy
  • Shift duty is required (09:00-17:30 and 1530-24:00) with allowance
