Job Description

Cloud Helpdesk Support

Location: Tsing Yi

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle helpdesk phone calls and call registration into helpdesk system
  • Create and maintain helpdesk analysis report and records
  • Conduct daily systems operations, including batch jobs submission, perform data backup and system administration tasks
  • Monitor computer, systems and network operation in normal manners and be able to identify and react to failure conditions
  • Follow shift supervisor in the operation and maintenance of networking, telecommunications and computer hardware systems
  • Liaise with parties to diagnose and report on problem situations
  • Provide technical support services to internal users and external customers

Requirements: 

  • Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 year working experience in computer and data network operations
  • Knowledge in Windows Server, VMS, AIX Solaris, Linux and TCP/IP is preferable
  • Responsible, self-motivated, team player and willing to work under pressure
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese 
  • 7 x 24 shift duty is required
  • Able to work in multiple sites as required
