Job Description

Account Service Manager – Premium Corporate

Location: Kwai Hing


  • Provide full range of corporate account services including phone and email enquiries / complaints and perform follow-up services
  • Support on new products / services launch, project and customer service initiative
  • Regular visit customers and provide on-site service support if required
  • Organize user training on mobile solution / device if necessary
  • Perform customer service duties and administrative support


  • Degree holder
  • At least 3-year customer service or client service experience
  • Knowledge in IT & Telecommunications would be advantageous
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Computer Literacy and skilful in using online / operation systems

(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Account Services Executive)
