Restaurant Manager 餐 廳 經 理

Location: Tsimshatsui


  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant including staff rostering, training, daily administration and budget control
  • Develop and maintain good customer relationship and handle customer complaints appropriately
  • To have initiative on new menus and promotion programs
  • Monitor the hygiene of the restaurant to achieve high quality standard


  • A minimum of 8 years relevant experience in five star hotels or fine dining restaurants, with at least 3 years in the managerial role
  • Excellent leadership and customer relationship management skills with strong initiatives to interact with customers
  • Fluency of spoken and written English
