Job Description

Chef de Partie

Location: Tsimshatsui


  • Able to prepare, cook and present dishes at good standards
  • Maintain food quality and high standards of kitchen hygiene
  • Able to perform kitchen duties and procedures with minimum supervision
  • Aid in achieving food costs and kitchen objectives
  • Have through understanding and participate in menu planning
  • Maintain good morale and motivate kitchen staff
  • Ensure smooth operation in the Kitchen


  • Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate 
  • 3 - 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in international standards hotels or fine dining restaurants, and at least 2 years in supervisory level 
  • Innovative, self- motivated and disciplined
  • Service-oriented and to be a good team player
  • Good in Hygiene knowledge
  • Able to communicate in English and Cantonese
