- Formulate and execute the mobile device product development and product strategy, which involves product testing, market and customer requirements and coordination with Headquarters/Regional team.
- Manages and executes the Product Road Map (PRM) from product concept, to market launch and the end of life.
- Collaborates with internal functional teams, such as sales, marketing, customer service, and retail team to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities. Leads product definition and GTM plans with internal teams.
- Participate in customer meetings and provide technical support and introduce the new product to customers.
- Coordinates and develops reports, management analysis, and technical information and share that reports/data/information to the relevant parties.
- Leading a team to evaluate new and current products through carry out full test and issue reports to all relevant personals.
- Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
- At least 5 years' solid experience in product management and support of telecom industry, experience with reputable international smart phone carriers is highly preferred.
- Familiar with Hong Kong telecom market
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is a must, Mandarin is preferred
