- Provide technical service in either field: GSM BSS/WCDMA RAN/ Wireless Core Network/ Network/ IP/ RF.
- Design and implement system service solution according to customer requirements.
- Take charge of installation, debugging and commissioning of relevant equipments.
- Conduct system and product test and provide quick response for customer enquiries.
- Troubleshoot and fix the problem concerning performance of products and to ensure proper function of network.
- Provide technical support service to customers concerning relevant system and products.
- Provide on-site technical and products training for customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Telecom Communications Engineering, Computer Science or other related disciplines.
- Strong knowledge in at least one aspect of technical knowledge is preferred.
- Customer service oriented, can work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is a must, Mandarin is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic background will also be considered.
