Job Description

Assistant Engineer

Location: Tsimshatsui


  • Provide technical service in either field: GSM BSS/WCDMA RAN/ Wireless Core Network/ Network/ IP/ RF.
  • Design and implement system service solution according to customer requirements.
  • Take charge of installation, debugging and commissioning of relevant equipments.
  • Conduct system and product test and provide quick response for customer enquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and fix the problem concerning performance of products and to ensure proper function of network.
  • Provide technical support service to customers concerning relevant system and products.
  • Provide on-site technical and products training for customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints.


  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Telecom Communications Engineering, Computer Science or other related disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge in at least one aspect of technical knowledge is preferred.
  • Customer service oriented, can work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is a must, Mandarin is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant academic background will also be considered.
