We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President Sales Practice.
Principal responsibilities
  • Provide treasury, liquidity and cash management solutions to corporates and institutions
  • Develop and maintain high quality Content in support of Sales globally such as Proposals, Case Studies and Sector discussions materials
  • Develop and deploy critical infrastructure to Sales Managers and Sales Leaders, including Reporting and Management Information such as dashboard, ongoing scorecard tracking, Tools and Constructs such as portfolio analysis methodologies
  • Define and serve as a point of quality control in terms of adherence to Process, Procedure and Risk in Global Liquidity and Cash Management origination
  • Enable business effectiveness through Performance Development, including training, scorecards and accreditation, through Intel and Analysis led approaches such as Client Planning and analysis


  • University graduate with technical knowledge of cash management and transactional banking
  • Experience in Proposal Writing or Bid Management
  • Experience in Content development either in print or digital media, including journalistic editorial, contribution, website or social media content oriented leadership
  • Exposure to Sales Management Office, Sales Operations and Sales Development disciplines in a Banking context
  • Proven experience in delivering complex change projects and programs, across complex geographies, regional or global in scope, with a focus on managed and tracked behavioral change in frontline user groups
  • Results and Output oriented with proven track record, self-directed, change leader, high energy and strong execution capabilities
  • Strategic thinker with strong customer centric and analytical mind set
  • Strong communication skills, good team player and stakeholder management
