Trust Support Services - Global Private Banking

Location: Asia Pacific-Hong Kong-Kowloon-Hong Kong

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Trust Support Services.
Principal responsibilities
  • Provide Trustee applications support to Private Wealth Solution’s users in Hong Kong and Singapore, including defects management, system administration
  • Assist in management information analysis and reports production
  • Assist in project execution, including requirement documentation, testing coordination, implementation and post implementation review
  • Liaise with business users and Information Technology on various aspects such as system defects, enhancements, and project
  • Assist in business continuity management for Private Wealth Solutions Hong Kong


  • Degree holder in Business, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Relevant experience in banking industry or financial services
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Good verbal and written communication in English
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability in multi tasking and work under time pressure
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting.
