Location: Asia Pacific-Hong Kong-Kowloon-Tai Kok Tsui

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Temporary Assistant, Corporate Actions, 1 Year Contract.
Principal responsibilities
  • Collect corporate actions information, process corporate action announcements received from various sources and input instructions into internal systems meeting pre-set cut off time, ensure input accuracy and completeness of all assigned corporate events by End of Day
  • Prepare Initial public offering applications and corporate actions instruction to Central Clearing and Automated Settlement System or Central Money markets Unit Terminal
  • Prepare client advices for different stages during the corporate actions life cycle
  • Follow up payment and distribution of entitlement to client accounts, project funding and arrange remittance instruction to pay clients
  • Handle cancellation and amendment of instructions including rectification of input and instruction to local custodians
  • Arrange payment of various types of charges in accordance to clients' instruction
  • Perform operational control function by following up exception items and reports, account reconciliation, scanning of instruction to Center of Excellence for processing and ensure the completeness of process and perform ad hoc request from supervisor including system User Acceptance Test


  • High Diploma in Business or related discipline
  • Good understanding of Hong Kong securities markets including derivatives products
  • Good command in spoken and written English
  • Good knowledge in using Microsoft Excel and Word
