We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Staff Engagement Assistant Manager.
Principal responsibilities
  • Drive employee engagement programs
  • Identify improvements to staff experience and leverage best practice. 
  • Provide expert advice on staff experience matters to site leadership to ensure experience and engagement is maximized.
  • Lead a dedicated team in the creation, coordination and delivery of innovative engagement initiatives and activities aligned to business and people strategy.
  • Improve cross team and site relationships
  • Creates targeted interventions on engagement initiatives including retention and career development.


  • Degree holder with relevant experience
  • Practical experience in event management, communications, engagement and people experience activities.
  • Positive role model and highly self-motivated with great levels of creativity, initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Strong leadership, negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build professional working relationships at all levels balancing needs of all stakeholders.
  • Experience of budget management.
  • A flexible attitude to work and work pattern.
  • Be up for having fun and encouraging others to participate in activities.
  • Must be proficient in the language required by the process and English speaking skills
