We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Social Media Community Manager.
This is a project based role for a 13 month contract
This role is part of the Digital Marketing team which develops and executes customer focused Digital and Social Media strategies and activities to deliver the objectives and ambitions of the Global Marketing strategy and plan, in turn driving revenue targets.
Coordinating, managing and implementing Social Media activities
Developing and overseeing a customer focused Social Media strategy, working across the business lines to build a holistic strategy which links up with Social Media activities in other disciplines, ensuring that the customer experience of Social Media is seamless and well integrated
Managing the governance of Social Media for the Global Business Line
Liaising with local HSBC Marketing teams to ensure best practice is understood and reapplied, and that both global and local activities are actively promoted within and amongst all teams
Proactively identifying new Social Media opportunities, including listening activities and relevant research into new trends and innovation
Acting as subject matter expert on Social Media and driving strategy and engagement with the business teams, identifying opportunities to support objectives and driving revenue through Social Media activity
An open, flexible and supportive approach to change and innovation.
Experienced in planning projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to see things through to completion
The ability to understand and interpret straightforward financial data
Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills
Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues
