We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Smart Senior.
Greet and welcome all of the customers
Provide counter service at community counters
Direct customers to the appropriate service counter or staff member, and promote the usage of self service banking terminals
Answer general customer enquiries
Carry out ad hoc administration tasks as required
Experience in counter or branch operations much preferred
Service oriented approach and with the capacity to maintain a cheerful, positive and enthusiastic attitude
Fundamental level of computer literacy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic verbal proficiency in English and Cantonese, with knowledge of Putonghua preferred
