We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Vice President, Sales Practice.
Principal responsibilities
  • HSBC Global Liquidity and Cash Management business is the leading provider of treasury, liquidity and cash management solutions to corporates and institutions
  • Identify business opportunities through understanding and satisfying customer needs
  • Develop and deploy critical infrastructure to the business, including Reporting and Market Intelligence such as dashboard, ongoing scorecard tracking, Tools and Constructs
  • Define and serve as a point of quality control in terms of adherence to Process, Procedure and Risk in Global Liquidity and Cash Management origination
  • Enable uplift in business effectiveness through Performance Development such as training, scorecards, accreditation, and through Intel and Analysis led approaches


  • Degree graduate in Finance, Business, or related discipline
  • Experience of strategy development, strategy implementation, change management, proposition development
  • Technical knowledge of cash management and transactional banking including revenue generating activities in particular
  • Exposure to Management Office, Operations and Development disciplines in a Banking context
  • Proven experience delivering complex change projects and programs, across complex geographies, with a focus on managed and tracked behavioural change
  • Results and Output oriented with proven track record, self directed, change leader, high energy and strong execution capabilities
  • Strategic thinker with strong customer centric and analytical mind set
  • Strong communication skills, good team player and stakeholder management
