We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Sales Manager Corporate.
Principal responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Global Liquidity and Cash Management Sales specialists and responsible to identify business opportunities for the coverage client portfolio
  • Close liaison with key stakeholders in Hong Kong and cross border to develop new business opportunities, jointly formulate client engagement strategy to deepen the HSBC cash management wallet share in Hong Kong and regionally across Asia Pacific
  • Adopt a needs based advisory approach to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate cash management solutions that meet those requirements
  • Effectively coordinate and collaborate with the HSBC team across markets and functions to develop appropriate solutions and deliver sales proposals
  • Provide feedback to the Global Liquidity and Cash Management Product teams on the competitive market landscape and client specific requirements, to help drive product enhancements and developments as appropriate
  • Formulate, support and drive Commercial Banking and Global Liquidity and Cash Management strategies, including participation in events, case study article writing, client testimonials and client planning
  • Coach team members across the region in sales strategies, deal pipeline management and conversion techniques
  • Proactively collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to develop a deal pipeline that is coordinated with Commercial Banking and prioritised according to opportunity and value to HSBC Group
  • Delivery the financial and non-financial target assigned
  • Work closely with the Global Liquidity and Cash Management Implementation, Integration and Client Service teams to ensure smooth transition of client mandate into realised revenues, as well as to provide ongoing coverage in response to clients evolving challenges and requirements
  • Advise relationship management teams on updates of market trends, competitors landscape, regulatory changes etc. to help respond to emerging customer needs and opportunities


  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines
  • Sold experience in corporate banking relationship management, liquidity and cash management related area
  • Holder of Certificate in International Cash Management would be advantageous
  • Able to work under pressure with Key Performance Indicator
  • Ability to operate on a cross regional and cross functional basis
  • Experienced in managing multiple countries and complex deals across regions
  • Highly motivated and achievement driven with an ability to formulate and articulate sales strategies
  • Well-developed communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Ability to cope with pressure in a fast growing and fast moving environment
  • Proven ability to multi task and manage multiple high priority and high profile projects
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in written and verbal English with Cantonese, Mandarin or other language speaking will be a plus
