Senior Relationship Manager Stream Manager - Retail Banking and Wealth Management

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Relationship Manager Stream Manager.
Lead and implement all strategic initiatives relating to Branch Sales Manager, Premier Services Manager, Premier Relationship Manager and Officers’ frontline proposition
Oversee the wealth stream resource management and capacity plan from recruitment to retention of workforce
Lead pre-emptive anti-attrition measures to identify staff with sign of attrition and take actions for staff retention and defending portfolio
Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to achieve buy-in and alignment of objectives regarding initiatives to be implemented
Foster and develop a customer centric environment by continuously identify opportunities with stakeholders for improvement on the overall Premier services
Develop and maintain close working relationship with various teams to leverage on their expertise and support to implement activities in the most cost efficient manner
Act as role model for Group values and behaviours, actively engage with learners, colleagues and internal customers
Contribute to high staff productivity and operational effectiveness via launching role related initiatives
Knowledge of Group compliance, Operational Risk and other control guidelines for Retail Banking and Wealth Management, and maintains HSBC internal control standards
University degree or relevant post graduate qualification
Extensive experience in the financial or banking sector
Clear understanding of how value is created within the Premier segment, both for the customers and the Bank
Full understanding of the Premier proposition
Excellent understanding of Retail Banking and Wealth Management strategic imperatives and being able to translate them into business objectives and policies
Strong focus on quality of service and customer-centric
Proven experience of successful project management, utilising relevant tools and techniques to ensure consistent delivery
Strong influencing skills with proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management
Sound interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Excellent analysis and problem solving capabilities
Highly motivated and a team player
