We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Program Manager.
Lead the Recovery and Resolution Plan Contingency Projects and other Global Payment Programs for the Asia Pacific Region
Responsible for the timely and effective execution of the primary work streams that will support the programs
Creating clear and attainable project objectives
Engagement with Senior Leaders and working with regional and local stakeholders in multiple disciplines and delivery organizations to ensure launching and maintenance of Payment system infrastructure in adherence to group standards
Ensuring the project requirements are fulfilled, identifying and managing resource constraints, managing project time lines
Identifying constraints and risks to the global deployment of the global payment programs
A university degree, advanced degree is preferred
Proven self starter and able to work independently with minimal guidance in meeting tight deadlines
Relevant experience in direct and effective Project Management particularly in the area of Cash Management or Treasury Management preferably in Transactional Banking
Possess strong payments and clearing product knowledge
Ability to manage fairly large and complex projects
Effective at engaging different stakeholders
Demonstrate ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and across functions
Good Interpersonal skills and a team player
