We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Manager Global Trade and Receivables Finance.
Principal responsibilities
  • Implement Global Standard initiatives within Services.
  • Standardization and improvement of operational procedures to drive efficiency and consistency
  • Ensuring off shoring to Global Service Centre is completed in a structured and timely manner
  • Drive engagement of countries with Global Service Centre and ensure service metrics meet expectations and Service Level Agreements
  • Contribute to the planning, formulation and implementation of strategies to grow and manage the trade business
  • Productivity and capacity management, Service Level Agreement monitoring, client service reviews, complaint and compliments tracking, driving digital usage and skills development across services staff
  • Drive strategic agenda covering client services, streamlining, off shoring and delivering on Global automation initiatives
  • This requires the ability to influence outcomes across Asia Pacific sites and across multiple stakeholders in Commercial Banking, Global Service Centre, Global Trade and Receivables Finance


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in business, related field or equivalent experience
  • Significant Global Trade and Receivables Finance banking experience
  • Strong project management skills with analytical ability, comfortable to articulate financial analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communications
  • Prior experience in managing services teams will be a definite advantage
  • Prior experience in a regional role will be useful
