We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Manager Business Analytics.
Providing ideas and supporting line manager manage a project plan and prioritization that helps to meet the larger business objectives and maximize profit.
Leading the team in delivery of a prioritized, planned and agreed project schedule and also development and maintenance of a range of analyses to extract information and deliver meaningful analyses across the business within agreed timescales.
Evaluate the appropriateness of all analysis requests and influence stakeholders to ensure business units are making the best possible decisions based on known information.
Liaises with the commercial product and customer segment managers to ensure there is alignment on requirements and business objectives.
Key business contact for a channel, product or program within the team’s functional area, building effective relationships with stakeholders across the business and ensuring team gets exposure and recognition for deliverables.
Drives and Leads the enhancement of existing analyses and processes to ensure optimum value.
Leads the delivery of regular Management Information System and appropriate recommendations across business units to track business performance.
Supports company policy and procedures in all areas of staff management like Performance Management.
Strong Analytical Reasoning
Highly developed analytical skills to extract information from data and translate to business language and financial impacts
Ability to manage both own and team time effectively to ensure delivery of multiple projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence and communicate analysis and recommendations to colleagues at different levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to direct, manage, motivate and influence staff and associates at all levels
