Customer Value Management is vital in maintaining HSBC’s position as a provider of world-class retail banking and wealth management solutions, directing business development with a focus on customers. The team works to ensure the most appropriate pricing, products and promotions are directed to the most relevant customers, concentrating on building value, treating customers fairly and creating a superb customer experience.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Foreign Exchange Manager.
Formulate product strategies and maintain optimal list of product solutions in different market situations to sustain the growing the Foreign Exchange business
Formulate pricing strategies to retain the competitiveness of our offerings while to maximize the Bank’s profitability
Formulate channel strategy leveraging on the cross channel and digital development to effectively upsell and encourage transactions of Foreign Exchange via different channels
Drive and manage strategic development of Foreign Exchange propositions to increase market competitiveness and enhance brand value
Formulate different product solutions for various customer groups to maintain healthy mix of customer profiles
Develop user friendly and efficient platform to improve customer journey and sustain the business growth
Manage supplier relationship to ensure HSBC customers have access to a reasonable range of competitive and good value products
Enhance the flexibility and efficiency of frontline platform and sales flow
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
Extensive experience in product development, sales or marketing in Foreign Exchange or other investment or treasury products areas.
Certified Financial Planner or Chartered Financial Analyst qualification is an added asset to this position but not a must.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic mindset, with a proven rapid learning capacity
Ability to manage a complex workload to stringent deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
