We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Digital Platform Delivery Manager.
Principal responsibilities
  • This position is responsible for supporting the overall implementation framework of digital products. 
  • With rapid growth and change in digital distribution channels proliferation of smart phone and tablet devices, the role holder will ensure correct representation of digital as part of the product distribution strategy, and that product development is sufficiently robust to ensure subsequent success through the digital delivery cycle.
  • Articulate customer needs, behaviour preferences to ensure identified customer needs are reflected in product development.
  • Identify key priorities for increasing digital revenue in priority markets.
  • Support the Digital Agenda in collaboration with the Group Retail Products team, identifying the key challenges
  • Act as a conduit between the Product Teams and Digital specialists ensuring that projects and priorities are scheduled to support the broader digital plan
  • Develop an expert knowledge of digital in order to influence product managers and adjust strategic direction accordingly. Seek continuous improvement in people and process.
  • Blend a customer first ethos and use customer insight to support the move to a global operating model for product acquisition and ongoing customer experience, increasing customer loyalty, advocacy and retention.
  • Maintain strong communication links with key partners to support the effective development of a multi-market deployment plan.

Qualifications

Requirements
  • Proven and progressive retail banking or equivalent retail service experience, including experience of digital channels and or product management.
  • Experience in a regional or global role, working effectively to deliver objectives across diverse cultures.
  • Strong competence in project management and customer journey insight skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate with and influence Senior Stakeholders and build strong relationships across stakeholder groups.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct leadership authority.
  • Degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience
