We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Digital Content Manager.
Accountable for leading the Asia Pacific Digital Content Management team to ensure seamless and efficient management of digital content across various digital channels of the bank, including websites, secure portal and mobile banking
Digital content has the highest visibility and immediacy in terms of customer contact and reach. Improvements in Digital content will have the potential to positively impact customer experience and drive business results.
Role holder must be an experienced Manager with demonstrated experience in driving massive change on websites and online acquisition platforms.
Experience and track record of implementing and operating the Adobe Marketing Cloud products is required, ideally in a financial services environment.
Must have the gravitas and seniority to influence senior managers and business heads, while leading a cross cultural team.
The role holder will need to setup a Digital Studio that builds a zero defect, smooth operating process that will manage content creation and management to maximize customer satisfaction and business effectiveness of HSBC web presence
Demonstrated experience in managing digital content
Knowledge of web technologies and content management tools
The ability to quickly understand customer and operational considerations.
Awareness of User Centred Design methodology, and strong customer focus.
Experience of process improvement and LEAN thinking methodologies.
Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues.
Good relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities
