We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Business Analyst.
Principal responsibilities
  • Analyse and provide guidance to the local business analysts to capture functional and non functional requirements to enable the Wealth FX programme to deliver robust project documentation
  • Assist with the improvement of business analysis processes, regionally and globally
  • Project manage smaller pieces of work with assistance from existing project managers
  • Understand the system process and data flows from Front to Back.
  • Define business analysis processes providing efficiencies in engagement with testing team around test plans, test strategies as well as pre SIT, SIT and UAT execution phases
  • Provide input to design discussions and project planning meetings
  • Build good working relationships with other teams within wealth FX as well as other Wealth Management departments and relevant business areas
  • In some cases, provide cover for project managers and input to project plans, status and risk and issue management


  • Experience in the FX and Payment domain, ideally gathered within a Wealth management environment
  • Experience working within a sizable institution
  • Experience in capturing, analysing functional and non functional requirements
  • Disciplined approach to requirements analysis
  • Experience working within large, strategic and small, tactical projects
  • Management of a small team, including offshore team members
