Customer Value Management is vital in maintaining HSBC’s position as a provider of world-class retail banking and wealth management solutions, directing business development with a focus on customers. The team works to ensure the most appropriate pricing, products and promotions are directed to the most relevant customers, concentrating on building value, treating customers fairly and creating a superb customer experience.
 
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Administrative Assistant, 3 Months Contract.
 
Principal responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Senior Manager Customer Relations and Customer Relations team
  • Coordinate team meetings and meetings with other parties, venue bookings
  • Manage team cost centre and all related expenses
  • Distribute and redirect the Senior Management complaints to the Complaint team for immediate action
  • Participate and support the department team building activities
  • Daily plan the work and follow up on outstanding matters
  • Follows through on commitments, attendance and punctuality conform to department and company needs

Qualification

Requirements
  • Proven track record in supporting senior executives
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of bank operation
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timeline
  • Good verbal and written Chinese and English communication skills
  • Good inter-personal skill
  • Good computer skill
