We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Sales Support Associate
Principal responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and support on a regular and ad hoc basis to the various departmental team heads
  • Supervise all aspects of the Commercial Banking Insurance and Investment teams’ daily administrative needs and ensure the office environment is professionally maintained in general
  • Liaise with HSBC Technology and Services for user account profile maintenance and telecommunication arrangements, the preparation of Group Service Request and system requests, raising and following up for BuySmart ordering, and coordinating on Insurance team system problems
  • Maintain registers of campaign souvenirs and records
  • Arrange meeting rooms and venues and provide support in setting up the venue, facilities and equipment
  • Liaise with relevant department on building maintenance, office relocation arrangements, air conditioning and new services, ensuring issues are handled promptly and effectively
  • Consolidate items such as business expenses, quality measures and event enrolment
  • Prepare payment requests to ensure timely payments for approval
  • Consolidate individual business pipelines and prepare or generate manual management information reporting for general management reporting and district meetings
  • Prepare General Insurance historical commission and coordinate switching
  • Generate orphan case reassignment reports and upload for reassignment records


  • Form 7 or above with significant relevant working experience. Degree holder with less experience will also be considered
  • Solid general insurance and investment knowledge
  • Good office administration, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
