We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Sales Manager II, Commercial Insurance.
Work closely with Commercial Banking Portfolio Managers to identify customer needs with due regard to customer business activities and the range of commercial insurance solutions available
Proactively understand our customers needs to identify any new potential requirements and better enable development of the existing portfolio
Review the Banks development objectives whilst ensuring customer needs are met
Work closely with the Insurance, Commercial Banking, broking team and Global Wealth Solutions to ensure customer needs are met
Enhance service levels by resolving customer complaints and responsively acting on special requests in order to secure customer satisfaction
Assist Senior Manager in reviewing progress against division goals and business planning to achieve business objectives and deepen business relationship
Act at all times within the compliance and regulatory boundaries of insurance agency
