We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Relationship Manager Support Team Manager Corporate Banking.
Principal responsibilities
  • Act as an integral part of the relationship management team with the overall goal of growing the business, delivering best in class customer servicing, while maintaining operational excellence and credit quality of the portfolio
  • Manage, coach and motivate a team of Relationship Manager support staff to support Relationship Managers on fulfilling client needs, credit, relationship servicing and day to day administration to free up Relationship Manager’s time for quality customer engagement
  • Act as quality champion by ensuring guidelines and policies are consistently executed across
  • Relationship Managers and deliverables from Relationship Manager teams comply with regulatory, compliance and internal standards, minimise operational and credit risk from error or omissions
  • Act as Process Improvement Champion to identify streamlining opportunities and implement improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree preferably in Business Management, Finance or Accounting with solid commercial experience in the area of relationship management and or service quality management
  • Strong leadership and team motivational skills with experience in coaching team and individual performance to deliver business objectives
  • Ability to manage multi stakeholder relationships effectively to achieve desired outcomes aligned with business goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good project management skills
  • Dynamic and self motivated, with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen. Frontline experience in commercial banking is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
