We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Regional Head of Wealth and Insurance Business Service Delivery Asia Pacific.
Principal responsibilities
  • Be responsible for all Regional Wealth and Insurance Business Services activity throughout Asia-Pacific's Service Delivery organization, including management of the regional expense base to plan
  • Improve customer service quality while managing operational risk to required standards and achieving a year-on-year improvement in operating expense
  • Oversee the Wealth and Insurance operations processes while managing tactical, strategic and regulatory-driven change initiatives necessary to achieve the desired levels of customer experience, risk management, operational efficiency and alignment to global business demand
  • Explore pro-active changes to the historic operating models within Wealth and Insurance Operations, moving to a combination of off-shoring, out-sourcing and automation to support rapid product growth and service expansion demanded by Retail Banking and Wealth Management regional and global stakeholders
  • Actively engage with stakeholders across Global Businesses, Global Risk, Global Service Delivery and Global Change Delivery
  • Act as the primary regional interface for in-country Service Delivery Wealth and Insurance operations, with Global Business stakeholders, as this is a senior leadership role within Wealth and Insurance Business Services and the Asia-Pacific Service Delivery team
  • Report functionally to the Global Head of Wealth and Insurance Business Services, as well as entity report to the Regional Head of Service Delivery Asia-Pacific
