We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Planning Officer.
Support activities of overall Contact Centre planning
Monitor expenditure and ensure accurate financial records and management information are properly maintained
System access maintenance and administration
Workplace management with operational site support
Support service and business objective programmes
Maintain staff personnel records for internal and external reference
Adhere to Group compliance and audit requirements
