Principal responsibilities
  • Support activities of overall Contact Centre planning
  • Monitor expenditure and ensure accurate financial records and management information are properly maintained
  • System access maintenance and administration
  • Workplace management with operational site support
  • Support service and business objective programmes
  • Maintain staff personnel records for internal and external reference
  • Adhere to Group compliance and audit requirements
