We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Planning Officer.
Principal responsibilities
  • Support activities of overall Contact Centre planning
  • Monitor expenditure and ensure accurate financial records and management information are properly maintained
  • System access maintenance and administration
  • Workplace management with operational site support
  • Support service and business objective programmes
  • Maintain staff personnel records for internal and external reference
  • Adhere to Group compliance and audit requirements

Qualifications

Requirements
  • Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education holder
  • Knowledge of bank operations, payment and accounts processes
  • Experience in workplace management and general administrative support
  • Good computer and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work well within a team and take the initiative to work independently when required
