We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer Participating Products.
Principal responsibilities
  • Collect public product information from competitors and initial analysis
  • Support implementation of product enhancement and product marketing programs
  • Comply with product development policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Assist in enhancement and change of regulations, prepare and review relevant legal agreements, policy contracts, and application forms
  • Support product approval documentation preparation
  • Assist in developing product launch, materials and ongoing training materials
  • Support the execution of product initiatives and product project implementation
  • Prepare and review legal agreements and policy contracts
  • Assist in drafting, review and sign off Product Marketing materials
  • Assist in quotations and illustrations of layout and wordings

Qualifications

Requirements
  • University degree in relevant discipline or Business Administration
  • Some relevant experience in technical areas of product management and implementation is preferred
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to influence, engage and lead in a positive and inspiring manner
  • Good understanding of the insurance market, business model and business performance
  • Good leadership, planning, analytical, problem solving, decision making skills
  • Good technical skill including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good insurance product knowledge and business sense
