We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Mobile Insurance Specialist Team Leader.
Drive and implement insurance strategies with focus on the Non-residence Chinese customers in Hong Kong in accordance with the bancassurance model under group initiatives
Promote Insurance Specialist to provide specialist advice on appropriate insurance solutions to ensure the insurance and protection needs of Non-residence Chinese customers are well fulfilled
Support Distribution Sales Management team to drive network plans, coordinate with the divisions to implement strategies, and share best practices
Build and maintain a positive team culture, through ensuring quality business referrals and referral skills among team members, and contributing to product knowledge and skills sharing
Supervise and monitor a team of Insurance Specialists for the Non-residence Chinese segments by providing appropriate customer needs fulfillment training and management support
Provide proper coaching and training to uplift the competency and quality of own team in order to ensure consistent delivery of excellent results
Encourage staff development through training, guidance and effective people management
Maintain high level of compliance guidelines and procedures
Ensure self and team activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory requirements and HSBC Practice standards and procedures
Tertiary or university level education, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline
Proven ability to achieve business results with sound track record
Strong coaching skills and strong business acumen
Solid experience in need based sales, marketing, and relationship management experience in financial services, with main focus in life insurance sales
Insurance licenses required
Certified Financial Planner or Certified Financial Marketing Professional accreditation or other relevant qualification an advantage
Good level of verbal English and Cantonese, with Putonghua preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills
Must be a team player, enthusiastic in driving and implementing need based sales strategy
